What it is
Exterior paint fails here when it is rolled over loose film, rot, or dirt. The work is scrape and sand failed paint, prime bare wood and stains, caulk joints that will telegraph, then coat siding, trim, and fascia. Color and sheen are yours. Product is a solid exterior acrylic unless you specify otherwise.
