What it is

Interior paint is walls, ceilings, and trim in the rooms we agree on. If there are holes, nail pops, or water stains, those get repaired and primed first — or we skip them if you only want paint on sound walls. Cut-in and coverage matter more than speed. We work around your furniture as much as a small job allows; you do not need to empty the house.

When to call

A room (or a few) that has gone tired, scuffed, or the wrong color.
After drywall repair — the Punch-List Half Day pairs patch + paint.
Trim and doors that no longer match the walls.
A ceiling stain that has been fixed at the source and needs prime + coat.

What's included

Rooms listed in the quote — walls, and trim/ceilings if we said so.
Light patch of nail pops and small dings in those rooms.
Prime over stains and raw patches.
Two coats where one will not cover, or we say why it will.
Floor and fixture protection, then a basic clean of the work area.

What's not

Unless we agree in the quote.

Full house furniture move-out, cabinet refinishing, or popcorn ceiling removal unless we write it in.
Painting over active leaks or mold — those need a different trade first.
