What it is
Florida wet-and-sun cycles eat the bottom of fence boards, post bases, and fascia tails. We check what is still solid, cut out the soft stuff, and sister or replace those pieces. A leaning panel with a good post is a different quote than a post spinning in the dirt. Fascia is the same idea: the rotten run comes off, solid wood goes back, then it is ready for paint if you want it.
